Florian Niculescu

Florian Niculescu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Technical & Sales Leader in the Concrete division at STRABAG since December 2015, Florian manages a significant territory in North-West Transylvania, overseeing quality management and plant operations across four ready mix plants. Key achievements include managing concrete supply for major projects like the rehabilitation of Baia Mare International Airport. Prior roles include Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Site Manager, and Finishing Foreman at Star Contractors Ltd., where Florian demonstrated expertise in project management, client relations, and site operations. Additional experience includes a background in sales engineering at ICCO Electronics and a foundation in telecommunications at Vodafone Romania. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
