Gerhard Höfinger is currently the Function Coordinator for Data Science at the STRABAG Innovation & Digitalisation division. Previously, they served as Function Lead for Data & Decision Analytics and held several roles focused on supply chain optimization within STRABAG, where they utilized mathematical models and simulations to enhance logistics for major projects. Gerhard obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Technical Mathematics from the Technische Universität Wien, where they also worked as a project assistant in the Institute for Mechanics of Materials and Structures.
