Jason Gilboy is an experienced loco fitter and driver with a background in heavy machinery operations and transport within the construction and tunneling sectors. Currently employed at STRABAG since April 2019, Jason has held multiple roles including loco driver and TBM segment crane operator. Prior to this, Jason was with Reliable Contractors from January 2016 to March 2019 as a loco driver and shunter, and previously worked at Joseph Gallagher Limited from September 2012 to July 2015 in similar capacities. Jason began a career as a light vehicle technician and MOT tester at Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle from April 2003 to April 2010. Jason holds relevant qualifications including NVQ Level 2 certifications in specific operational roles. Education was completed at St. Thomas More RC High School.
