Pedro Nogaro

Pedro Nogaro, P.Eng, is currently the Design Build Director at STRABAG, where they oversee the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension - Advance Tunnel Contract 2. Previously, they served as a Design Manager at STRABAG from 2020 to 2024 and held positions as a Contract Administrator at both CH2M HILL and Black & Veatch, as well as Project Manager at Coco Paving Inc. Pedro is pursuing an LLM in Construction Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and is also a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) student in Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto.
