Tony Knight

Tony Knight is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Project Director at SVT.LLC since July 2021, Tony previously held the position of Plant Operations Manager at Dutch Farms from February 2016 to July 2021. Tony's extensive career at SVT.LLC began in June 1982, where responsibilities included Director of Meat, Lunchmeat, and Seafood operations, Director of Bakery Operations, Operations Manager, and Store Manager. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Purdue University, completed between 1990 and 1998.
