David Garrett

David Garrett is the Director of Payroll Product Management at Strada, specializing in global payroll solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in integrated Payroll and HRIS development and implementation, David has worked across all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle. David began their career at Alight as a software engineer and progressed to roles including Senior Business Analyst and Team Leader, focusing on payroll solutions for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Since 2020, they have played a pivotal role in developing Strada's cutting-edge payroll solution, Strada Pay, and have served on the board of the HR Open Standards Consortium. David holds a BA(Hons) in Systems Analysis from the University of the West of England and an IPP Diploma in Payroll Management.
