Dawn Burt

Dawn Burt is a Client Services Director at Strada, where they lead a team focusing on payroll and cloud solutions. Previously, they held various management roles at Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions, overseeing HR reporting, recruiting administration, and HCM delivery. Dawn developed extensive expertise in project management and client services throughout their career, with a strong focus on implementing process improvements and managing vendor relationships. They earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History from Grinnell College.
