Frank Leistner currently serves as the Senior Vice President for the Americas at Strada, where responsibilities include overseeing the Global Payroll and Professional Services business, focusing on strategy and client solutions for Americas-based clients. Prior to this, Frank held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Payroll & Professional Services and Managing Partner at Alight Solutions, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring client satisfaction. Frank's career also includes a decade at Aon Hewitt as Vice President for the South Region and various leadership roles at Hewitt Associates, where skills in client service, benefits delivery, and continuous improvement were developed. Frank began the professional journey as an Analyst at CitiStreet after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stetson University.
