Jaime Santamaria

Jaime Santamaria is an executive with extensive domestic and international experience in negotiation and resource management across multinationals listed on the NYSE and Ibex 35. With over twenty years of management experience in Human Resources, Internal Communication, Procurement, and ICT, Jaime has played a key role in significant projects, including the startup of the Damietta gas liquefaction plant in Egypt. Currently, Jaime serves as the Director académico for the MBA & Leadership Challenges program at ediae and as a Professor in the Master in Digitalization of Human Resources at Universidad de Granada. Previously, Jaime held roles such as HR Director for Spain and Portugal at Alight Solutions and Executive Vice President of Resources at Union Fenosa Gas. Jaime's educational background includes degrees from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Georgetown University/ESADE, Esade, and IESE Business School.
