Amaia Olaortua

Amaia Olaortua currently serves as Director of HR Europe and HRM for Spain and Portugal at DKSH since October 2023. Prior to this role, Amaia was with Burberry from March 2006 to September 2023, where responsibilities included HR Manager for Northern Europe, Spain and Portugal, as well as HR Recruitment and Training Manager and CSR Manager. Experience also includes a position at Fundació Pere Tarrés from January 2003 to April 2006 as Responsable de Departamento de Gestión, focusing on social projects and training management. Additionally, Amaia worked as an HR Advisor at Oxfam from February 2000 to January 2002, providing recruitment and logistical support for Asia and Latin America. Educational qualifications include a Coaching Certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching and multiple degrees in Law and Business from the University of Deusto.
