Nicola MacDonald-Dodin is an accomplished professional in growth and transformation, currently serving as Director of Growth and Transformation at Strada since July 2024. Previously, Nicola held various director roles at Alight Solutions from June 2017 to July 2024, including Director of International Growth & Transformation, Director of International Strategy, and Director of EMEA Commercial Operations, focusing on developing strategies for growth in Europe and expanding operations in the DACH region. Prior to Alight, Nicola was the Marketing Director EMEA for Aon Hewitt, enhancing cloud deployment solutions after the acquisition of Kloud. At Kloud, Nicola advanced from Global Development Director to Marketing Manager EMEA, fostering the consultancy's growth in Europe.
