Oya Yavsan

Oya Yavsan is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales DACH at Strada since March 2024. Previously, Oya held various positions at Alight Solutions, including Head of Sales DACH, Team Lead Sales DACH, and Account Executive from December 2018 to December 2024. Oya's career began at NGA Human Resources where Oya worked as an Account Executive before the company transitioned to Alight. Oya also worked at Workday and ADP as an Account Executive and District Manager, respectively, and started with market research roles at Czaia Marktforschung GmbH. Oya holds a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Bremen.
