Rima D. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Strada since April 2025, Rima leads talent transformation initiatives and partners with top executives, including the CFO and Chief Legal Officer. Previous positions include Senior Director at Iron Mountain, where Rima supported the EVP, CFO, and EVP, CHRO, and Director roles at BD, providing HR leadership to sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Rima's career also includes HR management positions at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Coca-Cola Refreshments, Marsh, and a training internship at Pearson Education.
