Holly Ann Custard

Holly Ann Custard, Ph.D., is an experienced leader in educational partnerships and data-driven initiatives, currently serving as Senior Director of Data Ecosystem Partnerships at Strada Education Foundation since January 2019. In this role, Holly Ann Custard focuses on co-designing Learning Mobility infrastructure to enhance learners' navigation of education and career pathways. Previous positions include Deputy Director at Strada, where qualitative research informed significant publications, and various leadership roles in program development and online learning at Pearson Online Learning Services, the University of Texas at Austin, and PBS TeacherLine of Texas. With a strong foundation in communications and educational methodologies, Holly Ann Custard holds a Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and has contributed to innovative digital learning solutions across diverse educational settings.
