Sam Mhanna

Sam Mhanna has had a long and successful career in the engineering and technology sector. Sam began their professional career in 1996 as a Control Systems Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Canada. In 1998, they took on the role of Project Manager at Rolls-Royce Canada, where they were responsible for the design and development of a control system for a major dual fuel initiative. In 2007, they founded and owned Café Veritas, a 120-seat rest-cafe. In 2013, they founded and owned Hudson Haus, an ultra-low energy home building. In 2017, they launched Senses Labs, a cleantech startup developing the next generation smart thermostat. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Senior Technical Project Manager at Stradigi AI, where they led a machine learning project in fintech from ideation stage to solutions development.

Sam Mhanna obtained a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Controls from Concordia University between 1991 and 1996. In 2022, Sam obtained a Complete Agile Scrum Master Certification Training from Udemy in August and a PMP Exam Prep Seminar Complete Exam Coverage with 35 PDUs from Udemy in July.
