Andy Levine

Andy Levine serves as a Partner at Stradley Ronon since March 1999, leading an entrepreneurial group focused on energy development, particularly co-generation plants that utilize landfill, bio-, and natural gas in the Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, Andy held the position of Associate General Counsel at Waste Management, Inc. from January 1991 to August 1998, where responsibilities included spearheading energy development projects for renewable natural gas facilities and engaging in regulatory compliance and permitting matters. Andy's career also includes significant roles as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the civil division at the U.S. Attorney's Office and as Assistant Regional Counsel for the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Educational credentials include a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BA with honors in English from Tulane University.
