Brett C. Don

Brett C. Don, CISM has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of information technology and security. Brett C. currently serves as the Chief Information & Security Officer(CIO/CISO) at Stradley Ronon. In this role, Brett is responsible for transforming the IT and InfoSec departments of the firm from an operational, reactive service model to a proactive, customer-facing, advisory model.

Prior to this, Brett founded and served as the Managing Consultant at SDK | Risk+IT Advisors LLC, where they advised mid-size businesses, trade associations, non-profits, and professional service firms on managing risk and maximizing investment in technology.

Brett C. also has experience as the Chief Information & Risk Officer at Dickstein Shapiro LLP, where they transformed IT into a strategic asset and improved the risk profile of the firm. Additionally, Brett served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Wiley Rein LLP, where they stabilized a defective computer network and aligned technology with the needs of the law firm.

Before their executive roles, Brett worked as a Senior Consultant at Altman Weil, Inc., the Director of Information Systems at LaBrum & Doak LLP, and the Manager of Information Systems at Archer & Greiner, P.C.

Brett C. Don, CISM, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from Widener University. Brett C. attended Widener University from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, Brett attended Holy Cross Preparatory Academy from 1980 to 1984, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this institution.

In addition to their educational background, Brett has also obtained two certifications. Brett C. earned the certification of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in February 2017.
