Brian Crowell

Brian Crowell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as a Partner at Stradley Ronon since September 2011. In this role, Brian has acted as the lead associate on significant projects, including the formation and registration of over 50 funds for a major mutual fund complex, the launch of a smart-beta suite of ETFs, and the drafting of complex proxy statements for numerous funds. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, where research and analysis of immigration appeals were conducted. Brian's early career included a role as a Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Educated at Villanova University, Brian earned a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
