Jamie Gershkow

Jamie Gershkow is a Partner-in-Charge in New York at Stradley Ronon, with a focus on advising investment companies, independent trustees, and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters related to securities laws. Since November 2012, Jamie has been instrumental in the formation, registration, and compliance of various investment products, including ETFs and money market funds, while preparing critical documents such as registration statements and compliance policies. Jamie also served as an Associate at Stradley Ronon, addressing the regulatory needs of investment companies and advisers. Prior experience includes a position as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Jamie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government and Politics and Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
