Jessica Burt

Jessica Burt is a Partner at Stradley Ronon since September 2010, specializing in advising boards of directors and fund complexes on fiduciary responsibilities, oversight protocols, and compliance with SEC regulations. Previously, Jessica held the position of Associate at Stradley Ronon and served as a Summer Associate at the Domestic Violence and Women and the Law Clinics at American University Washington College of Law, where responsibilities included securing protective orders for clients. Earlier experience includes working as a Program Associate at the Association of Farmworker Opportunity Programs, where grant proposals for public education campaigns were developed, resulting in significant funding.
