Sarah Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah is currently the Director of Knowledge Management at Stradley Ronon since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP for a significant portion of their career. At Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Sarah held roles such as Knowledge Management Counsel and Knowledge Management Attorney. In these positions, they guided lawyers through design thinking sessions, implemented process innovation, facilitated practice group engagement, and managed knowledge solutions. Before joining Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Sarah served as a Judicial Clerk at The Honorable Chief Judge Lancaster, Federal District Court, where they drafted memorandum opinions, conducted legal research, and provided support during hearings and trials. Sarah began their legal career as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, representing corporate clients in employment matters. Sarah also worked as a Judicial Clerk for Chief Justice Cappy at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where they drafted opinions and collaborated with co-clerks on novel legal issues.

Sarah Andrews attended Westerville South High School from 1993 to 1996. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre at Gannon University from 1996 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, Sarah went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Theatre History from the University of Pittsburgh, where they attended from 2000 to 2002. Lastly, they attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
