Matthew Ridley has over 19 years of experience in software development and engineering. Matthew began their career in 2002 as Co-Owner and Lead Architect at Milk Can Dev and Design Studio, where they were responsible for mobile application development and maintenance. In 2003, they joined Midwest Communications as a Software Developer, where they created and supported internal and external websites that received high levels of traffic. In 2006, they became an IT Consultant at Omni Resources and provided developer and analyst work for Humana Resources and Integrys Energy Services. In 2007, they joined Integrys Energy Services as a Senior Programmer Analyst and developed and supported a central invoice processing system. In 2011, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Mercury Marine and utilized C# WPF with the MVVM design pattern to develop a computer diagnostic system for marine engines. In 2012, they joined Optimal Blue as a Senior Software Engineer and developed and maintained search algorithms for pricing engine. In 2014, they became an IT Consultant and Senior Mobile Engineer at ZyQuest. In 2017, they joined GameFor as Co-Owner and Lead Mobile Full Stack Architect and in 2019 they became a Senior DevOps Engineer at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation). Currently, they are a Lead Mobile Engineer at Strados Labs.
Matthew Ridley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Devry University from 2007 to 2011 and an Associate in the CIS Programmer/Analyst field from Northcentral Technical College from 2001 to 2003. Matthew also holds certifications from Code School in CSS Cross-Country, Front-end Formations, Fundamentals of Design, Journey Into Mobile, Rails for Zombies Redux, Real Time Web with Node.js, Shaping up with Angular.js, Try Objective-C, Try R, and Try iOS.
