Andy Wilson

Andy Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andy began their career as a LCPO on the USS The Sullivans. Andy then moved on to become a Command Senior Chief at the Military Entrance Processing Station Ft Jackson, SC, where they managed contracts, supervised labor unions, and ensured compliance with Equal Opportunity regulations.

In 2010, Andy became a Command Master Chief at the Naval Academy Preparatory School and later at the Strike Fighter Squadron ONE ZERO THREE, where they provided senior leadership and guidance.

Andy then served as the Command Master Chief Detailer and Enlisted Detailing/Distribution Senior Enlisted Leader at Navy Personnel Command, managing 900 positions and offering career mentoring for 900 Navy Senior Leaders. In addition, they provided briefings on current state and vision to senior-level personnel, managed budgets and databases, and ensured Equal Opportunity compliance. Andy also served as a Senior Advisor to the Commander for 500 personnel.

After their time at Navy Personnel Command, Andy joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an HR Manager, and later transitioned to Axiom Corporation as a Mission Readiness Officer. Andy'sresponsibilities in these roles have not been specified.
