Bruce Williams

Bruce Williams has worked in the IT field since 1996. Bruce began their career at The Hanover Insurance Group as an Information Technology Specialist, where they were responsible for providing data integrity, availability, and security for enterprise wide information. In 2005, they joined Whalley Computer Associates, Inc. as a Field Engineer, managing server and PC test, staging and site roll out. In 2008, they moved to The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Engineer II - Store Systems Intergration, responsible for managing and maintaining the Store Systems Integration (SSI ) Development and Proof of Concept Labs. In 2018, they took on the role of Cyber Security Engineer II (Contractor) at Eversource Energy, where they were responsible for Cyber Security Program protecting Eversource Operational Technology systems. Currently, Bruce Williams is a Field Tech Support (Contractor) at Stragistics Technology, Inc., providing desktop computer office moves and refresh, as well as technical support for the managers and staff.

Bruce Williams attended Westfield State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Operations.
