From 2014 to 2017, Andreas Rathgeb worked at Kuehne + Nagel, where they led airfreight projects and oversaw the shipping of complete build-up vehicles for various German automotive manufacturers. This included managing new vehicle launches, exhibitions, race events, and other confidential logistics. Andreas also completed an internship in airfreight export and vehicle logistics during this time.
From 2017 to 2018, Rathgeb worked at PFINDER KG as an order processor.
In 2018, Rathgeb joined Strähle + Hess GmbH as the Head of Logistics, where they were responsible for professional and disciplinary leadership of the order management, warehouse, and shipping teams. Andreas also oversaw the selection and implementation of logistics systems, ensured optimal logistics procedures, and standardized best-in-class procedures globally. Rathgeb managed projects and tenders during their time with the company.
Starting in 2023, Rathgeb will be the Global Head of Logistics and Planning at STRÄHLE+HESS.
Andreas Rathgeb attended DHBW Stuttgart from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in DLM-Logistikmanagement. In April 2018, they received certification in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations from Logar Rheinmünster, an accredited IATA School.
