He is also the President of Straight Edge Technology, Inc., where he leads the company in providing high-quality proactive IT solutions for clients in South Texas. Previously, he worked as a Consultant - Infrastructure Systems Architect at Whataburger, where he implemented various technological solutions to optimize business operations. Douglass graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
