Joe Vallee

Joe Vallee is a seasoned partner at O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in acquiring majority interests in lower middle market founder-owned businesses across B2B services and technology sectors. In addition to this role, Joe serves as Chairman of the Board for Straightaway Tire & Auto, and has held board member positions at several notable companies, including 4M Building Solutions, Orchestra, Stronghouse Solutions, Frontier Dental Laboratory, and Flip Electronics. Joe's expertise extends to cost reduction services as a board member of SIB Fixed Cost Reduction, and Joe previously contributed to the growth of MHC Software, which was successfully sold under Joe's guidance. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
