Jenn McPoland

Jenn McPoland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail operations, guest experience, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations & Guest Experience at STRAiGHTAWAY Cocktails since May 2021, Jenn drives direct-to-consumer strategies and creates immersive brand experiences. As the Founder and Event Coordinator of the SheBrew Festival and Competition since April 2014, Jenn orchestrates a National Women's Homebrew Competition that benefits both the Oregon Brew Crew and the Human Rights Campaign. Previous experience includes a diverse career at Starbucks Coffee, where Jenn achieved the role of District Manager, overseeing multiple licensed stores and leading teams to consistently exceed business goals. Additional contributions include coordinating competitions for Widmer Brothers Brewing and managing volunteer efforts at various festivals, showcasing Jenn's commitment to community engagement and collaboration within the craft beverage industry.
