Jason J. Sellnow, CMA, CSCA, CEPA®, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ripple Behavior Solutions LLC since December 2021, focusing on leadership development and financial stability. As the founder of StraightForward Financial Insights LLC, operational since July 2017, Jason offers accounting, finance, and strategic exit services to businesses across the Greater Milwaukee area and beyond. Previous roles include Partner at Oak Hill Business Partners, CFO at California Thoroughbred Breeders Association, and Chief Financial Officer at Untitled, Inc., among others. Jason holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and has extensive experience in finance, operational management, and education, including teaching finance at the University of La Verne.
