Akshaya S has diverse experience in human resources and business analysis, having held various positions across multiple companies. Beginning a career as a Finance Intern at VST Marketing in January 2022, Akshaya progressed to a Human Resources Intern at Jeanuvs shortly thereafter. In February 2025, Akshaya transitioned to an HR Recruiter role at Boston Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, followed by a position as a Business Analyst at Keel Info Solution Private Limited, where responsibilities included engaging stakeholders and preparing essential documentation. Currently, Akshaya serves in HR Service Delivery at Straive. Academically, Akshaya holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Guru Shree Shanthi Vijai Jain College for Women, completed CMA Inter at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and is pursuing an MBA with a focus on Business Analysis and Human Resource Management at Easwari Engineering College (SRM Group).
