Dayalu Subburayalu is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President Finance & Global Controller at Straive since January 2020, Dayalu transitioned to this role following Straive's acquisition of SPS. Previously, Dayalu held the position of Finance Director and CFO at Springer Nature, managing finance and compliance for multiple entities in India while also serving as a board director. With a foundational career at Scientific Publishing Services Pvt Ltd, Dayalu took on multiple roles, including CFO and Company Secretary, where responsibilities included implementing corporate compliance and overseeing financial operations. Dayalu began the career as an audit head at Sharap & Tannan Chartered Accountants after obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, complemented by several professional qualifications.
