Josh Blair is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impro.AI, specializing in leveraging GenAI technology to enhance performance growth for businesses and their employees. Additionally, Josh serves as Chair at Straive, a leader in data analytics and AI solutions, and holds the position of Lead Director and HR Chair at TELUS Digital, which focuses on advancing digital and AI customer experiences. As a Partner at Esplanade Ventures, Josh supports healthcare technology startups through strategic guidance and partnership development. Previous roles include Governance Chair at Neighbourly Pharmacy, Board of Governors member at the University of Victoria, Vice Chair and Audit Chair at Carebook Technologies Inc., and Group President at TELUS, where significant growth initiatives were implemented.
