Sean Mascarenhas

Sean Mascarenhas is an accomplished Product Manager and Director with extensive experience in product development and engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Ecosystems at Straker since March 2024, Sean also holds the position of Director at Sky Motion since August 2020, where the focus is on utilizing VR and XR technology to enhance travel experiences through immersive storytelling. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at Dotterel Technologies, where significant work involved research and development of drone-based audio solutions, and Product Designer at Spark New Zealand, where Sean contributed to the design and development of the 4G mobile network. Sean's professional journey began with engineering and sales roles, complemented by a Bachelor's (Honors) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Auckland University of Technology and a background in Biological Sciences from The University of Auckland.
