Rasa Engstedt is the current Head of Unit for Nuclear Non-proliferation and Transport at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority. Previously, Rasa served as an Energy Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the EU and held various roles at Regeringskansliet, Miljödepartementet. Rasa also worked as an Utredningsjurist at Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten. Rasa holds a LL.D in EU Nuclear Law and Regulation from the University of Eastern Finland and a Master of Laws from Vilnius University.
