Trevor King

Trevor King is an accomplished construction and project management executive with extensive experience in the real estate development sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Strand since January 2017, Trevor oversees a diverse portfolio of construction projects, including wood-frame rental buildings and concrete high-rises. Previously, Trevor held the position of Project Manager at Axiom Builders Inc, supervising mixed-use concrete high-rise developments in Vancouver and Calgary. Additionally, Trevor worked at Wesgroup Properties as a Construction/Project Manager, managing both commercial and residential mixed-use projects. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, a DULE in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia, a Diploma of Technology in Architectural and Building Engineering Technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a LEED GA designation from the Canadian Green Building Council.
