Ryan D. Tinsley

Ryan D. Tinsley, PE, ENV SP, serves as the Director of Operations at Strand Associates, Inc.® in Brenham, TX, a position held since May 2005. Throughout tenure at Strand Associates, Tinsley has progressed through various roles, including Discipline Coordinator for Municipal, Stormwater, and Pumping-Conveyance Groups, as well as Project Manager for similar projects. Prior experience includes positions at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where Tinsley worked as a Graduate Engineer and Engineering Technician, and at Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. as a Field Inspector. Tinsley began the engineering career at Harrison County Engineer's Office as a Civil Engineering Technician. Tinsley holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Louisville.
