Jordan Baum has a diverse education history. In 2014, they started their undergraduate studies at Varsity College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing. Jordan successfully completed their degree in 2018. In 2017, Jordan briefly attended the University of Johannesburg for an Honours program in Marketing.

In 2021, Jordan enrolled in the Digital Marketing Institute, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Digital Marketing. Jordan completed this program in 2022.
