Belinda Murray GAICD has extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Belinda began their career in 1997 as a Professional Assistant to the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia. In 1999, they joined the State Solicitor's Office of Western Australia as a Solicitor and Article Clerk. In 2001, they moved to King & Wood Mallesons as a Senior Associate and Solicitor, where they gained experience in dispute resolution and major transactions. In 2005, they moved to Bird & Bird as a Solicitor. In 2009, they joined BGC Group as a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary, General Counsel, and Executive Director. In 2022, they were appointed Head of Commercial and Strategic Developments at Strandline Resources Limited. In the same year, they also joined the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research as a Non-Executive Director and the Parkerville Children and Youth Care INC as a Non-Executive Director. Lastly, they were appointed as an Advisory Board Member of the Curtin University Law School.
Belinda Murray GAICD has completed the Company Directors Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Western Australia.
