Jeffrey Gao

Jeffrey Gao is an experienced mining professional with a strong background in operations management, planning, and engineering. Currently serving as the Alternate Quarry Manager at Strandline Resources Limited since November 2024, Jeffrey leads daily mining operations while managing a diverse team to ensure efficient production processes. Previously, at Mineral Resources Limited, roles included Senior Mine Planning Engineer and Planning Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed developing mine plans and monitoring production activities. Prior experience also includes positions as a Production Engineer, Drill and Blast Engineer, and Graduate Mining Engineer. Earlier career roles in project management and finance further enhanced skills in time management, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration. Jeffrey holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from UNSW and Montanuniversität Leoben.
