Peter Watson

Peter Watson has a long and varied work experience. Peter has been a Non Executive Director for Paladin Energy Ltd since 2019, Strandline Resources Limited since 2018, and New Century Resources (ASX:NCZ) since 2018. In 2017, they were Non Executive Chairman for EvacServices, Non Executive Director for Resource Generation, and Principal Advisor - Strategy and Development for Strandline Resources Ltd. From 2010 to 2017, they were CEO l Managing Director and Executive General Manager - Australia for Sedgman, General Manager for AMEC from 2007 to 2010, Manager Strategy and Devlopment / Manager Petrochemicals - Industrial for Thiess from 2002 to 2007, and General Manager - Queensland for Kvaerner from 1995 to 2002.

Peter Watson obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) (Honours) from the University of Sydney in 1984. Peter then went on to attain a Higher Diploma in Accountancy and Financial Management from the Queensland University of Technology in 1986. In 2013, they graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they hold the certifications FIEAUST and RPEQ.
