Mainak Mondal

Mainak Mondal has extensive work experience in the field of bioinformatics engineering and research. Mainak started their career in 2016 as a Research Associate at ICAR-National Institute of Veterinary Epidemiology & Disease Informatics, where they contributed to various research projects. In 2018, they joined the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) as a Senior Research Fellow, where they conducted advanced research in their field until 2021. Currently, Mainak is working as an Associate Bioinformatics Engineer at Strand Life Sciences, where they utilize their expertise to contribute to the development of bioinformatics solutions.

Mainak Mondal received a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, BANGALORE from 2012 to 2016. Mainak then pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Bioinformatics at the Indian Institute Of Information Technology Allahabad from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they completed their scholing at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2000 to 2011.
