Kelly Warmerdam

Kelly Warmerdam has extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as an HR consultant at Strandpaviljoen Thalassa since March 2013, Kelly is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and procedures, while also advising and supporting management on various HR matters. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a service employee at both Restaurant de Meerpaal and Strandpaviljoen Thalassa, where responsibilities included serving food and beverages, organizing events, training new staff, and scheduling. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Leading and Managing People from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Business Administration from the same institution, along with additional qualifications in practical personnel management.
