Mathilde Dommery

Mathilde Dommery is an accomplished HR professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Head of People at StrangeBee, a SaaS Cyber scale-up, Mathilde has successfully structured the HR function as a strategic lever for business alignment and growth. Prior to this role, Mathilde served as a freelance talent acquisition consultant and founded OXYGEN by Ocompagnie, which provides formal employment opportunities to women in Morocco. Additional experience includes leadership roles within quality management at Groupe Edouard Denis and The Adecco Group, as well as significant contributions to startup coaching, application development, and volunteer quality management for major events like the Solidays festival.
