Erin Mills is a seasoned professional in event planning and strategic development, currently serving as Founder & CEO of Strat House since September 2020, where the agency focuses on crafting live and virtual experiences for B2B engagement. Prior to Strat House, Erin held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at the Michael Alan Group from April 2010 to June 2020, and worked freelance as an Event & Marketing Professional from December 2007 to April 2010. Erin also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at LIM College from January 2009 to May 2014, teaching event planning courses. Earlier experience includes positions as General Manager/Director of Events at Diva Lounge and Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Flexplay Technologies. Erin holds a Professional Certificate in Meeting, Conference and Special Event Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
