Richard Morland has a diverse work history, with experience in marketing, business development, and research. Richard is currently the Group Marketing Director at STRAT7, where they oversee all marketing activities. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Demand Generation at 1E, where they developed and implemented a demand generation strategy. Richard also held various roles at GfK, including Global and UK Marketing Director. Before that, they worked at NOP World as the Business Development & Marketing Director. Earlier in their career, they worked at IDC as the EMEA Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Technology Analyst. Richard began their career as an Information Researcher at the Chartered Management Institute.
Richard Morland has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Information Technology & Management from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained from 1992 to 1993. Richard also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics & History from the University of Liverpool, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, Richard has obtained certifications such as the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2019, Hubspot Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2016, and a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2003.
