Julio Ardiles has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Julio began their career in 1993 as an Account Executive at Alcatel Business Systems. In 2000, they joined Nortel as Regional Sales Director and Business Development Manager, where they increased revenues by 51% CAGR in 3 years and negotiated multiple agreements with new market entrants in the Caribbean and Latin America. In 2009, they moved to Ericsson as Director of Major Accounts and Key Account Manager for the Caribbean. In 2014, they joined Cable & Wireless Communications as VP of Business Development and M&A, where they were responsible for strategic partnership negotiations and M&A deal originator. Julio also represented Cable & Wireless Communications on the Non Executive Board of Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT). Since 2016, they have been Co-founder and Managing Director of Strata Analytics Group, Advisory Board Member of TuVes S.A. and APVAS, and Board Member of Worldmedia Consulting.

Julio Ardiles has a varied educational background. Julio obtained a BSEE from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 1986-1991, an MBA from Universidad del CEMA in 1994-1995, and an Executive Development program from The Wharton School in 2000-2004. In 2009-2010, they attended London Business School for a Negotiation and Influencing Skills for Senior Managers program in Business Administration and Management, General. Julio also completed an Executive Education - Centre for Management Development program at London Business School in 2010. In 2017-2018, they finished a Business Analytics program from The Wharton School in From Data to Insights. Additionally, Julio has obtained five certifications from SAS, including Essential Functions of SAS Intelligent Decisioning (2020), Conjoint Analysis: Evaluating Consumer Preferences Using SAS Software (2019), Visual analytics for SAS Viya Certificate (2019), Managing and Using the SAS® Customer Intelligence Common Data Model (2019), and Business Analytics (2018).
