Irena Svidovsky

Irena Svidovsky currently serves as the Director of User Experience and Design at Strata Decision Technology, where responsibilities include redefining the UX practice following the acquisition of a competitor and the subsequent growth of the company. Previous roles at Strata include Senior Manager of Design and Manager of User Experience, where Irena established a robust design practice and launched a digital accessibility initiative. Irena has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at DePaul University, teaching a graduate course in design fundamentals. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Design Manager and Senior User Experience Designer at Morningstar, and Experience Designer at SapientNitro, delivering award-winning digital solutions across various sectors. Irena holds a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and has additional certifications and degrees in related fields.
