Kylie Bores has a diverse work experience spanning various companies in the healthcare and technology sectors. Kylie started their career in 2006 as an Inside Sales Associate at Digital Solutions, Inc, specializing in software solutions for the corrections industry. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Craneware, focusing on revenue integrity within healthcare organizations.
In 2011, Kylie joined MedeAnalytics Inc as a Business Development Manager, where they generated prospective leads for major health systems through outbound telesales. Kylie stayed with MedeAnalytics for almost three years before moving on to The White Stone Group in 2013. At TWSG, they established an Opportunity Generation department as a Business Development Manager.
Kylie joined VitalWare in 2015 as an Inside Sales Consultant, assisting organizations in navigating regulatory changes in the healthcare environment. In 2017, they joined Strata Decision Technology as a Business Development Associate and later became a Business Development Manager, helping create the company's Business Development Lead Generation Team.
Kylie briefly worked at Memora Health in 2021 as a Senior Business Development Manager before transitioning to the role of Sr. Lead Generation Manager. However, they returned to Strata Decision Technology in 2022 as the Director of Account Development (Lead Generation) to lead the Account Development Team and take the company to the next level.
Kylie Bores obtained an Associates of Science in Nursing from Mount Aloysius College during the years 2004 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management at Penn State University from 2006 to 2009.
