Michael Kraft

Michael Kraft is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, enterprise software support, and system implementation in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Operations at Strata Decision Technology since April 2020, Michael previously worked as an Independent Consultant, providing business solutions to medium and small businesses. Earlier roles included Director of Implementations at WellSky, where Michael led software implementations for over 1200 healthcare providers, and Director of Client Services at Mediware Information Systems, where Michael drove support and implementation integration. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
