Austen Molano

Austen Molano is a finance professional with a diverse background in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Family Office Associate at Strata Equity Group, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Austen held various roles at KKR & Co. Inc., including Ultra High Net Worth Accountant and Accounts Payable Specialist, from September 2018 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes a Finance Intern position at Genentech and roles in hospitality as a Bartender at Village Host Bar and Grill and Executive Counselor at Champion Summer Camp. Austen Molano earned a Master’s of Science in Finance from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business and holds a Finance degree from the University of San Diego, along with education from Anglo-American University in Prague and St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
